A leading Insurance company is launching a large-scale internal business project involving a high volume of Customer Communications. We are hiring Customer Service Officers to join the dedicated hotline team and support customers during this transition period. 本地大型保險公司正開展一項大型內部業務項目，期間涉及大量客戶溝通。我們現招募客戶服務主任加入專屬熱線團隊，在過渡期間為客戶提供支援。

Basic Salary: HK$17,000 per month (Average = HK$21,250 per month with Gratuity Bonus)

Gratuity Bonus: One‑month completion bonus will be payable upon meeting the required standard

Work Schedule 工作時間

Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 18:00, Alternate Saturday: 09:00 – 13:00

Key Responsibilities 主要職責:

• Handle customer enquiries via hotline and email 以熱線及電郵處理客戶查詢
• Provide accurate and timely information professionally 提供準確、即時及專業的資訊
• Understand customer needs and assist with general enquiries 了解客戶需要並協助一般查詢
• Refer policy‑related questions to relevant teams 將保單相關問題轉介至相關團隊
• Support ad hoc duties as assigned 處理臨時指派工作

Requirements 入職要求:

• DSE or above 香港中學文憑 (DSE) 或以上
• Customer Service / Call Centre experience is an Advantage; Fresh graduates are Welcome 具客戶服務／電話中心經驗者優先；歡迎應屆畢業生
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin 良好粵語、英語及普通話能力
• Customer‑focused with good communication skills 以客為本，具良好溝通能力
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently 有責任感、主動，能獨立處事

Computer Skills 技能要求:

• Basic PC skills; MS Office/ Excel knowledge 基本電腦操作；熟悉 MS Office／Excel
• Chinese typing speed at 25 wpm 中文輸入速度 25 字／分鐘
