Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hospitality or real estate feasibility, consulting, development, investment, asset management, or hotel operations.
• Strong financial, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hotel market, tourism, economic and competitive analyses across international markets
• Prepare feasibility studies for new hotel management and development opportunities
• Develop detailed hotel operating projections, including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue, expenses and profitability
• Review financial and operating assumptions and perform sensitivity and scenario analyses
• Prepare clear recommendations and presentation materials for senior management
