Job summary

Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Attendant to support daily room status updates, inventory tasks, and guest-request handling. This role contributes to guest satisfaction by maintaining standards across North Point and Eastern District locations within a dynamic hotel environment.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or higher in hospitality, communicates well in English and Chinese, and is proficient with MS Office.

Qualifications

Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Able to handle administrative tasks and MS Office skills.
Good command of English and Chinese, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Ensures forwarding and receiving of all department information to maintain standards and guest satisfaction.
Receives, records, and distributes reports; transmits guest requests accurately.
Responsible for entering accurate room status into the system daily and investigating discrepancies.
Maintains and updates administrative data and records; proper filing.
Maintains working area and equipment in a clean, proper state.
Reports guest complaints to the Executive Housekeeper or delegate promptly.
Adheres to health, safety and hygiene policies and grooming standards.
Performs other duties as assigned.
