Job summary

The Royal Pacific Hotel & Towers, part of Sino Hotels, seeks an experienced Hotel Engineer to support the Chief Engineer in maintaining the property's mechanical and electrical systems. This role covers planning daily assignments, overseeing repairs, and ensuring safe, efficient operation of building services for a busy harbourfront hotel in Kowloon, Hong Kong.

Candidates should hold a Diploma or above in Mechanical/ Electrical or Building Engineering, with at least 5 years’ hotel engineering

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical/Electrical or Building Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of hotel/apartment engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and MVAC systems.
• Proficient in PC operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Chief Engineer in maintaining mechanical and electrical plant and life-safety systems.
• Plan daily, weekly, and monthly work assignments and ensure completion.
• Support smooth operation of Engineering Dept. to assist other departments.
• Oversee fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and timely maintenance.
• Perform operational and administrative duties; rotate shift duties.
