Job summary

Royal Park Hotel in Hong Kong is seeking a capable Telephone & Guest Services Supervisor. You will oversee the switchboard operations, supervise staff, provide training, and ensure courteous, efficient service to all callers and guests.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
• Self-motivated with excellent telephone manner and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming and outgoing telephone calls with courtesy and efficiency.
• Supervise staff and ensure enquiries and requests are handled professionally.
• Provide regular training and guidance to staff to ensure high service standards.
• Ensure proper working condition of the telephone switchboard and hotel computer systems.
• Maintain effective communications with the team and other departments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.
