Job summary

Dorsett Hospitality International is seeking an Data Analytics Manager to turn hotel and market data into reliable dashboards and automated reports. You will lead Power BI development, SQL data preparation and modelling, and provide actionable insights for Revenue Management, E-Commerce, Sales and Finance across properties.

This hands-on BI role requires strong communication with senior stakeholders, data-quality governance, and cross-functional collaboration across regional teams.

Qualifications

• Field of Study: Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science or related quantitative discipline.
• Minimum four years of BI, data analytics or management reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Data Integration and Quality: consolidate data from multiple sources and validate accuracy.
• BI Dashboard Development: design and maintain dashboards and KPI reports for stakeholders.
• SQL and Data Modelling: write SQL, build data models and calculations.
• Reporting Automation: automate data refresh and report distribution processes.
• Commercial Performance Analysis: analyze revenue, occupancy, market share and related metrics.
• Executive and Business Insights: present insights to senior management with clear narrative.
• Ad-Hoc Business Cases: support market assessments and commercial evaluations.
• Stakeholder Requirements and Adoption: gather requirements and promote adoption of standard reports.
• Documentation and Governance: maintain data dictionaries and change logs.
• Continuous Improvement: monitor usage and improve reporting processes.
