Langham Hospitality Group is seeking a data analytics professional in Hong Kong to support the development and maintenance of BI tools, visualize key metrics, and monitor performance across Sales, E-Commerce, and Loyalty data.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform data into clear insights, helping leaders identify gaps and opportunities while ensuring data quality and timely reporting. 1–2 years of analytics experience and proficiency in Excel and Power BI are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and familiar with SQL, Python or similar programming languages is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Support the development and maintenance of BI tools to visualise key business metrics and monitor ongoing performance.
• Coordinate, consolidate, and transform Sales, E-Commerce, and Loyalty data. Assist in analysing various Sales and Marketing initiatives and provide strategic recommendations to help leaders identify gaps and opportunities to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Sales and Marketing promotions, measuring their impact and driving improvements for future initiatives.
• Conduct research on current market trends and dynamics impacting the industry, integrating external insights with internal performance metrics to guide decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop requirements for new reports, ensuring clarity, relevance and usability.
• Support the ongoing maintenance of data sets and models to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Effectively handle multiple priorities, organise workload and meet deadlines.
• Perform ad-hoc data retrieval and analysis, or other related duties as assigned.
