Job summary

URBIS Limited is seeking a skilled Arboricultural Landscape Project Manager to oversee tree inspections, surveys, and risk assessments on project sites in Hong Kong. You will monitor pruning or removal works and ensure compliance with project requirements.

The role requires ISA Certified Arborist credentials, robust knowledge of local species, and 2+ years of landscape management or consultancy experience. Proficiency in English and Chinese and MS Office is essential.

Job description

Conduct nursery inspections, tree surveys, tree inspections, and tree related risk assessments; monitor tree pruning or removal operations as needed

Prepare tree survey reports and monitor tree preservation measures on project sites

Maintain accurate records of site works, inspections, and ongoing tree health monitoring

Coordinate with internal and external project teams to ensure all arboricultural activities comply with project requirements

Carry out other duties as instructed by the team leader or project teams

Requirements

ISA Certified Arborist (or equivalent internationally recognised credential) plus a formal tree inspection/tree risk assessment qualification

Completion of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) training for tree works

Registered with the Development Bureau's Scheme for Tree Management Personnel

Recognised qualification in horticulture, arboriculture, ecology, or a related field plus sound knowledge of local plant/tree species and government tree regulations

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in landscape project management or landscape contracting, including prior arboricultural/horticultural consultancy experience (report writing, site inspections, preservation advice)

Good command of both English and Chinese (written and spoken)

Strong management, organisational, communication, and teamwork skills

Hard-working, responsible, and independent

Proficient in Microsoft Office
