Onerway in Hong Kong is building out its compliance function ahead of TCSP licensing. The role leads licensing prep, designs the AML/CFT framework for the TCSP business, and, upon license approval, becomes the designated CO/MLRO, subject to regulatory fitness.

Responsibilities include risk assessment, regulatory liaison with the Companies Registry and JFIU, training, internal audit coordination, and governance reporting, with ongoing alignment to the group’s MSO framework.

Competenze

• Proven RO or senior compliance leadership experience in HK-licensed entities.
• Experience as MLRO/Compliance Officer for a TCSP or TCSP-149 licensing.
• Regulatory fitness and properness with HK authorities.

Mansioni

• Lead TCSP-149 licensing preparation, design AML/CFT policy and controls.
• Act as CO/MLRO once licensed; liaison with Companies Registry and JFIU.
• Conduct IRA, training, audits, and governance reporting to the board.
• Align TCSP compliance with MSO licensing framework and broader roadmap.
