YCP is seeking a Manager to lead project engagements and contribute to the growth of our Hong Kong office. You will own end-to-end delivery, structure work, manage client relationships, coach teams, and ensure quality outcomes across logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, and supply chain.

Ideally you will have 6–9 years in management or operations consulting, with strong experience in transformation, process redesign, and change management.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years in management consulting, operations consulting, or related roles in logistics/supply chain.
• Proven track record leading engagements end-to-end with client management and team leadership.
• Deep expertise in operational transformation, process redesign, and change management.
• Familiarity with freight forwarding, 3PL, warehousing; able to understand platforms like CargoWise/WMS.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements from scoping to implementation.
• Lead design of operational transformation programmes and platform-enabled improvements.
• Structure problems into hypotheses and workstreams with analytical rigor.
• Manage project economics, timelines, and risks; ensure quality client deliverables.
• Develop operating models, SOPs, business cases, and implementation roadmaps.
