Job summary

Nike Hong Kong & Macau is seeking a Creative & Production Manager to translate global storytelling into compelling local expressions. You will lead end-to-end production, coordinate with Brand, Social, Digital and Experience teams, and collaborate with external partners to ensure on-brand, culturally sharp output across touchpoints.

You bring 8+ years in creative production and localization, strong project discipline, and fluency in English and Cantonese.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across creative production, integrated marketing, or related fields.
• Proven experience localizing global or regional campaigns.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese essential; Mandarin a plus).
• Strong production discipline: briefs, timelines, vendor management, version control, and multi-channel delivery.

Responsibilities

• Local Interpretation of Global & GC Storytelling: translate global campaigns into local expressions for HK & Macau.
• Creative Production & Execution Excellence: lead end-to-end production, manage agencies, ensure Nike standards and budgets.
• Connect Brand Storytelling to Local Sport Moments & Culture: align with local calendars and market energy.
• Creative Operations & Planning: manage seasonal brand storytelling calendars and asset launches.
