Qualifications

• Graduating between Aug 2025 and Jul 2027 with <2 years of full-time working experience following graduation.
• Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline.
• Minimum GPA of 3.5 (out of 4.0) or Second Class Honours (Upper Division) or equivalent.
• Demonstrate commercial awareness and an interest in financial markets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Adaptable, curious and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Job Summary

Job Duties: The HKEX Graduate Associate Programme is a 24-month accelerated development journey designed to help high-potential graduates build critical business capabilities while contributing to initiatives that drive the future growth of HKEX, with targeted career pathway shaped by candidate’s career aspirations, strengths and our evolving business needs. Candidates will have the opportunity to indicate up to two career aspiration pathways during the application process. These aspirations help inform pathway selection, with successful candidates being aligned to a specific development journey based on their interests, strengths and programme requirements.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are graduating (graduated) between August 2025 to July 2027 with less than two years of full-time working experience following graduation
• Hold a Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline
• Have achieved, or are expected to achieve, a minimum GPA of 3.5 (out of a GPA 4.0 scale), Second Class Honours (Upper Division) or equivalent
• Demonstrate commercial awareness and an interest in financial markets
• Possess strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Are adaptable, curious and eager to learn
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate excellent command of written and spoken English
