Job summary

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) invites graduates to join its 24-month Graduate Associate Programme, designed to build critical business capabilities while contributing to growth initiatives across multiple HKEX functions.

Candidates should be graduating between August 2025 and July 2027 with less than two years of full-time work experience, hold a Bachelor's degree or above, and demonstrate commercial awareness, analytical and communication skills in a global markets context.

• Minimum GPA criteria (if stated) or equivalent academic performance is expected.
• Graduation window: Aug 2025 to Jul 2027 with <2 years of work experience after graduation.

Job Duties

The HKEX Graduate Associate Programme is a 24-month accelerated development journey designed to help high-potential graduates build critical business capabilities while contributing to initiatives that drive the future growth of HKEX, with targeted career pathway shaped by candidate’s career aspirations, strengths and our evolving business needs.

Candidates will have the opportunity to indicate up to two career aspiration pathways during the application process. These aspirations help inform pathway selection, with successful candidates being aligned to a specific development journey based on their interests, strengths and programme requirements.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are graduating (graduated) between August 2025 to July 2027 with less than two years of full-time working experience following graduation
• Hold a Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline
• Have achieved, or are expected to achieve, a minimum GPA of 3.5 (out of a GPA 4.0 scale), Second Class Honours (Upper Division) or equivalent
• Demonstrate commercial awareness and an interest in financial markets
• Possess strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Are adaptable, curious and eager to learn
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate excellent command of written and spoken English
