Job summary

Vertiv (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a HK - Service Engineer (Thermal Management) to deliver professional service and support to customers in Hong Kong. The role covers maintenance, start-up, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, air quality analysis and retrofitting of thermal management systems.

You will respond to emergencies and prepare technical reports for records and outages. The ideal candidate holds a mechanical or engineering background with at least 2 years' relevant

Qualifications

• Major in Mechanical or relevant Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Service Engineer.
• Self-motivated team player, able to work independently, and willing to build relationship with people and customers.
• Computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Command in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and quality service to the customers.
• Maintain, start-up, test, commission, troubleshoot, repair, analyze air quality and retrofit thermal management systems.
• Respond to emergency repair requests.
• Prepare timely and accurate technical reports for customer records and future outages.

Carry out maintenance, start-up, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, air quality analysis and retrofitting of thermal management systems;

Respond to emergency request on repairing services to equipment;

Prepare timely and accurate technical reports for customer records and a reference for future outages;

Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned projects.

2. Requirements
