Job summary

Tralaco Technology Limited is recruiting a Service Engineer in Hong Kong. The role involves leading the service team to deliver high-quality maintenance and technical support for E&M systems, and ensuring rapid on-site responses.

Candidates with a Higher Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic or Building Services Engineering and strong communication skills are preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic or Building Services Engineering.
• Relevant E&M experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A0 or above) an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead service team to ensure quality of client services.
• Develop maintenance plans and provide technical support.
• Test and troubleshoot equipment; perform on-site rectification.
• Investigate, resolve problems and optimize equipment performance.
• Attend emergency call-out service.
• On-site engineering work, maintenance, and emergency repair of server room UPS, CRAC, and monitoring systems.
• Carry out supervisor-assigned tasks including inspection, maintenance, repair.

Higher Diploma / Degree holders in Electrical / Electronic / Building Service Engineering

Preferably relevant E&M working experience.

Good communications and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in PC application & technical drafting skill (MS Office and AutoCAD).

Applicants with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Service Engineer.

Immediate available candidates and fresh graduates are welcome.

Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A0 or above) will be an advantage.

Lead the service team work progress to ensure quality of services delivered to clients

Develop maintenance plans, and provide technical support and solutions to end users

Perform testing and troubleshooting of equipment and carry out on-site rectification of identified issues

Conduct follow-up investigation, resolve problems and optimize equipment / device performance in case of abnormalities

Attend emergency call out service if necessary

Be responsible for on-site engineering work, maintenance, and emergency repair of server room UPS system, CRAC equipment and infrastructure monitoring systems

Carry out the tasks assigned by the supervisor, including inspection, maintenance, repair.
