Job summary

Glory Family Heritage in Hong Kong seeks a Director-level leader to recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing broker team across agents, IFA partners, and institutional channels. You will shape talent and build a winning culture.

You’ll drive multi-channel growth through direct client engagement, partnerships, and events, while delivering a one-stop family office platform—including trust, tax planning, identity planning, and investment solutions—for high-net-worth clients.

Qualifications

• Director or above in a HK insurance company is required.
• Agency-side experience is essential.
• At least one professional qualification: COT or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or above; finance/marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build & Lead Your Team: recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing broker team across channels.
• Drive Multi-Channel Growth: engage clients, forge IFA partnerships, and host events.
• Deliver One-Stop Family Office Solutions: provide trust, tax planning, identity planning, and investment services.
• Achieve Regional Revenue Targets: set and execute growth plans with regional leadership.
