Job summary

Geekplus is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to lead end-to-end projects in Hong Kong, collaborating with stakeholders to define objectives, scope, milestones, resources and budgets. You will steer the project team, allocate resources, monitor progress, and provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and issues resolutions, ensuring regulatory and quality compliance.

The role requires strong communication skills, Cantonese, English and Mandarin proficiency, plus willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, engineering, IT, or related fields.
• 5 years of solid experience in project planning and delivery.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics management, and automation.
• Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Own the full project management cycle for Hong Kong, from objectives to budget.
• Lead project team and coordinate cross-departmental deliverables.
• Identify resources, manage risks, and ensure regulatory and quality compliance.
