Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in risk management within financial services or banking.
• Proven ability to lead risk governance and drive culture across large organizations.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements (HKMA, TM-E-1, TM-G-1, SA-2, C-RAF).
• Strong understanding of information security, system resiliency, and availability.
• Experience managing third-party risk and critical services in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for Technology and Operational Risk Management.
• Lead risk governance forums, KRIs, RCSA, and regulatory submissions.
• Oversee New Product Approval risk assessments with stakeholders.
• Drive resilience strategies for technology and operations, including third-party risk and incident management.
• Engage with regulators, auditors, and legal/compliance on risk & controls.
