Job summary

JLL in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned Head of Project Management to lead end-to-end delivery of strategic projects and transformation initiatives. You will guide project governance, manage budgets, align with business objectives, and drive execution excellence across a global team.

The role requires 12+ years in project/facilities management, PMP or equivalent, and fluency in English and Cantonese. On-site in Hong Kong with a focus on delivering sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of Project Management, Facilities Management or related experience.
• PMP certification or other relevant certifications (e.g., LEED, Six Sigma) preferred.
• Strong financial management skills including budgets, forecasts and models.
• Proven experience leading high-performing project management teams.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, Procore or similar tools.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a portfolio of projects and programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and governance.
• Drive client satisfaction by building strong relationships and understanding client needs.
• Foster collaboration across local and global teams to deliver exceptional projects.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve project delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing project management team.
• Manage project financial performance including budgeting, forecasting and investment evaluation.
• Champion safety, risk, and compliance following best-practice standards.
• Uphold JLL values and drive revenue growth with clients and stakeholders.
