Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) leads Asia's dynamic capital markets. We seek a seasoned leader to head IT Service Operation Management, delivering resilient, scalable IT operations across a complex hybrid estate to empower HKEX businesses with secure, efficient services.

The role defines the SOM target operating model, drives ITIL-aligned processes, and accelerates automation, AI and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years in Service Management, IT Operations or infrastructure leadership.
Experience in financial institutions or enterprise-scale tech environments.
Hybrid infrastructure experience (on-prem, cloud, containers, SaaS).
Exposure to SRE, DevOps or AIOps transformation programs.
Strong ITSM and ITIL-aligned process understanding.
Knowledge of Account Management Lifecycle and security governance.

Responsibilities

Lead operational and enhancement aspects of IT Service Operation Management in HKEX.
Enforce controls around Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset and Configuration.
Ensure SOM integrates with broader IT Division for seamless service delivery.
Build stakeholder relationships and communicate service requirements and risks.
Define and own SOM strategy including automation, AI and governance.
Develop a future-state model with data-driven insights and predictive analytics.
Oversee IT budgeting, headcount, CAPEX and OPEX tracking.
