Job summary

1201 UOB Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Senior Director, Portfolio & Liquidity Management, Global Markets, to lead corporate fixed income portfolios across investment-grade and EM credits. You will generate risk-adjusted returns through active construction, credit selection, and relative value positioning, while ensuring adherence to guidelines and liquidity needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related discipline.
CFA charterholder or progress toward CFA preferred.
7–10 years in corporate bond investing or fixed income portfolio management.
HKMA Type 1 & Type 4 licenses holder preferred.
Member of Treasury Markets Association preferred; ECF on Treasury Management preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead management of corporate fixed income portfolios across investment-grade and emerging market credits.
Develop investment strategies based on macro views, sector and issuer considerations.
Conduct portfolio construction, security selection, and duration management.
Monitor performance, risk, tracking error, and compliance with guidelines.
Present strategies and outlooks to senior management; oversee liquidity buffers.
