1201 UOB Hong Kong seeks an experienced Senior Director, Portfolio & Liquidity Management, Global Markets to lead corporate fixed income portfolios across investment-grade and emerging markets. The role focuses on generating risk-adjusted returns through active portfolio construction, credit selection, sector allocation, and liquidity management.

You will translate investment insights into portfolio outcomes, monitor performance, and present strategies to senior management.

Qualifications

Minimum 7–10 years in corporate bond investing or fixed income portfolio management.
Strong knowledge of global credit markets, instruments, and risk management.
HKMA Type 1 & Type 4 license holder; Treasury Markets Association (TMA) membership or ECF on Treasury Management preferred

Responsibilities

Manage corporate bond portfolios in accordance with investment objectives, mandates, and risk limits.
Develop and implement investment strategies based on macroeconomic, market, sector, and issuer-level views.
Conduct portfolio construction, security selection, duration management, yield curve positioning, and sector allocation.
Perform fundamental credit analysis and assess issuer creditworthiness, valuation, liquidity, and relative value opportunities.
Monitor portfolio performance, risk exposures, tracking error, and compliance with investment guidelines.
