Job summary

Hongkong Land Limited is seeking a strategic leader to head the Architecture & Engineering function across corporate, leasing, property and data domains. You will define technology direction and ensure scalable, secure, and integrated solutions aligned with our strategic priorities.

You will establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and engineering practices to improve consistency, reusability, delivery quality, and operational efficiency across the technology landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive technology experience with leadership responsibility of multidisciplinary teams across solution architecture, software engineering, and enterprise technology delivery.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, cloud technologies, integration architecture, software engineering practices, and platform operations.
• Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale technology transformation initiatives within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders and translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Experience within real estate, property management, finance, customer platforms, or data and analytics environments would be an advantage.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Architecture & Engineering function across all product domains (e.g., corporate, leasing, property and data).
• Establish architecture standards, engineering practices, and governance frameworks.
• Partner with Product Owners, Technology Business Partners, and business stakeholders to translate business objectives into technology roadmaps, solution designs, and delivery plans.
• Drive engineering excellence across architecture, software development, quality assurance, DevOps, and platform reliability.
• Oversee the delivery of enterprise technology capabilities and transformation initiatives from design to operational stabilization.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, QA, DevOps, and platform reliability professionals.
• Manage technology delivery capacity, budgets, vendors, and strategic resources to align investments with business priorities.
