Job summary

Michael Page, on behalf of a major client, is seeking a Head of Delivery to lead the service delivery organization responsible for ITSM, ITOM, and AIOps initiatives across large enterprise engagements.

You will manage Project Managers and Technical Engineers, align ITIL-based processes, drive performance, ensure on-time delivery, and foster strong client relationships to guarantee exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 10+ years in IT service delivery or consulting.
• 5+ years leading delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Project Managers and Technical Engineers.
• Oversee ITSM, ITOM, and AIOps delivery for clients.
• Ensure on-time delivery and meet client expectations.
• Manage delivery risks, issues, and escalations.
• Establish ITIL-based service delivery processes.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure production readiness and smooth transition to support.
• Build trusted client stakeholder relationships.
• Conduct service reviews and status meetings with customers.
• Act as senior delivery contact for clients.

• 5+ years of leadership experience managing delivery teams.
• Proven track record in ITSM, ITOM, or AIOps delivery.
• Strong experience with ITIL-based service management practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with enterprise customers.
