Zusammenfassung

TF International Securities is seeking a senior leader to own the HK convertible bond business, overseeing origination, structuring, valuation, regulatory filings, and issuance. You will originate relationships with HK-listed clients and drive deal execution, while expanding offshore investor coverage and leading bookbuilding and roadshows.

You will build and manage a high-performance HK CB team, craft business strategies, and push toward aggressive targets and financial objectives.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on investment banking experience in HK convertible bonds, with a proven track record of complete deal execution.
• In-depth knowledge of the full HK CB deal process and regulatory framework; proficient in convertible bond valuation modeling and term sheet structuring.
• Established relationships with offshore convertible bond institutional investors; hands-on experience in bookbuilding and roadshows.
• Holder of Hong Kong SFC Type 6 license (Advising on Corporate Finance) preferred.
• Strong business development, team management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
