PeopleSearch Limited in Hong Kong seeks a visionary, hands-on Head of AI to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI platforms, data infrastructure, and AI-powered applications. You will drive AI strategy, oversee MLOps, LLMOps, and data engineering, recruit and mentor a high-performing team, and partner with executives to translate complex tech into business value.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of software engineering and technology experience with AI, ML, or data platforms.
• At least 3 years leading AI, ML, or data platform initiatives.
• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and multi-agent systems.
• Production-grade AI platforms and ML infrastructure design and deployment.
• Deep expertise in Python and modern AI frameworks; data engineering and cloud-native tech.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the architecture and development of scalable AI/ML platforms across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Establish and champion MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps best practices for model development, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
• Design and optimize large-scale LLM-powered applications, agentic workflows, and AI solutions for performance and cost efficiency.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT frameworks for data ingestion, transformation, and integration from multiple sources.
• Architect data warehouse and lakehouse ecosystems with governance and high-performance analytics.
• Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and stakeholders to deliver AI-ready data for predictive models and BI.
• Lead model evaluation, observability, monitoring, fine-tuning, and governance to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Drive innovation by evaluating new tech, conducting PoCs, and implementing Kubernetes, containerization, and IaC.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a team of AI and data engineers; maintain hands-on leadership in architecture reviews and critical projects.

Educación

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or related discipline
