Canossa Hospital (Caritas) Management Co Ltd seeks an experienced nursing leader to supervise, train, and appraise nursing staff. You will manage duty rosters, bed allocation, and staffing deployment, while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control protocols.

Ensure safe, efficient, and quality patient care.
Supervise, train, mentor, and appraise nursing staff.
Manage duty rosters, bed allocation, and staffing deployment.
Ensure compliance with healthcare and occupational safety regulations.
Promote teamwork, patient safety, and continuous quality improvement.
Assume delegated duties and act for the Nursing Officer when required.
Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatments, and outcomes.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and hospital safety standards.
Participate in audits, quality improvement projects, and staff training related to wound care.
Requirement:
Relevant post-registration nursing experience, preferably in supervisory or management capacity.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage nursing operations and lead a multidisciplinary team effectively.
Committed to delivering quality patient care and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Advanced knowledge of wound care products, technologies, and evidence‑based practices.
Familiarity with hospital policies, infection control, and nursing standards.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior staff.
ACLS certification required for Critical Care Areas.
