Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Head Chef experience in a reputable restaurant.
• Proven people management and leadership skills.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus.

• Maintain and embody kitchen standards and recipes.
• Develop new dishes and menus.
• Manage stock, orders, and cost of goods to optimise operations.
• Ensure smooth kitchen flow, cleanliness, and safety.

You will be supporting the Executive Chef in running the kitchen and you will manage all aspects of the kitchen operations, ensure the team is well trained and motivated, and that food is prepared to the group’s high standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and motivate the team
• Maintain cuisine standards
• Develop new dishes
• Order, maintain, and optimise stock levels to ensure both smooth operations and controlled cost of goods
• Ensure kitchen flow, order and cleanliness

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience as a Head Chef in a highly reputable restaurant
• Proven people management skills
• Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset
• Fluency in English is a must, other languages are advantageous
