Job summary

Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure cleanliness standards and smooth daily operations.

You will inspect rooms, manage daily activities with the Housekeeping team, and support administrative tasks while working shifts including weekends and holidays. Strong English and Chinese communication is essential; previous supervisory experience in housekeeping is preferred.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Able to perform administrative tasks and knowledge of MS Office applications
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Hard-working and willing to take responsibilities and initiative
• Able to work in shift duty
• Sound knowledge in the use of all kinds of cleaning chemicals and equipments
• At least 2 years' working experience in the supervisory level in Housekeeping Department
• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas etc. after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards 檢查客房和公共地方清潔，以確保品質標準
• Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms 預備已售房間報告，驗證及更新房間狀態，及確保房間清潔
• Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities 協助房務部管理人員管理日常運作
• Willing to work PM shift (1:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.), including weekends, public holidays, and rostered shifts as required 須輪值下午更（下午1:30 至下午11:30）, 並按需要於週末、公眾假期及編更時間工作
