Management Trainee (MT) Programme (24 months)

A fast-track programme for early-career talent who want more possibilities from day one - broader exposure, steeper learning, and a clear runway to leadership. Youll be immersed in a fast-paced 24-month programme that accelerates your development through hands-on experience, cross-functional exposure and world-class learning that builds the skills that matter.

Youll build a strong understanding of Hang Sengs purpose, values and strategy - how we make decisions, serve customers, and deliver sustainable growth. Through bank-wide projects and hands-on experience, youll strengthen your commercial and leadership mindset while working on key growth priorities, including AI and digital innovation, and opportunities linked to Hong Kong- Mainland connectivity and development.

• Commercial Banking
• Global Markets
• Retail Banking and Wealth

Requirements

• Bachelors degree (Second Class Honours or above)
• No more than 3 years of work experience
