Job summary

Mara, a brand-new casual Western restaurant in Sheung Wan, is hiring a friendly server to create warm dining experiences and ensure smooth, efficient service on every shift.

You will work with kitchen and bar teams, uphold brand standards, and help maintain a welcoming environment for all guests. Cantonese, English and Mandarin are preferred, and applicants must have full working rights in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin preferred.
• Team player with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, efficient, and quality service to every guest
• Take and serve food and beverage orders with accuracy and enthusiasm
• Support daily operations to ensure smooth service flow
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, tables, and service stations
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service
• Uphold brand standards and create a welcoming environment for all guests
• Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve service excellence
