Job summary

Ocean Park Corporation invites a service-oriented professional to support guest services and admission operations across Ocean Park and Water World. Duties include manning the ticketing and enquiry counter, managing the admission gate, and assisting at the cabana area to ensure smooth guest flow.

Candidates should be outgoing, able to work outdoors, and comfortable with shift work including weekends and public holidays. Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in hospitality or general discipline.
• At least 3 years’ experience in hospitality industry and guest-oriented jobs.
• Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
• Willing to work outdoors and on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support guest services and admission operations at ticketing & enquiry counter, admission gate and cabana area.
• Handle guest enquiries and services to provide holistic guest service experience and transaction consolidation.
