• Provide product education and articulate product benefits to guests.
• Maintain accurate guest transactions and support omnichannel programs.
• Support floor coverage and attend to multiple guest needs on shift.
• Gather guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to address issues.
• Inform guests about local community programs and events.
• Maintain presentation standards and restock as needed.
