Qualifications

• In-store eligibility to work legally in the store's jurisdiction.
• High school diploma or equivalent required or above.
• Strong customer experience mindset and willingness to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests to ensure a great experience while valuing their time.
• Assess guest needs and provide customized purchase and return support.
• Share product knowledge and articulate its value and benefits.
• Contribute to end-to-end guest experience across omnichannel programs.
• Move around the store floor to engage with guests and address needs.
