Chief Group Limited is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to formulate paid advertising strategies and oversee daily operations for products across overseas media channels such as Meta, Google Ads, and AdMob.

You will analyze media environments, allocate budgets, and optimize channel mix to drive user acquisition and brand exposure. The role requires 2–5+ years' hands-on experience with cross-border ad operations and strong data skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field.
• 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in overseas media ad buying/operations.

Responsabilidades

• Formulate paid advertising strategies and oversee daily operations across overseas media channels.
• Handle account setup, targeting configuration, bidding, and budget management.
• Perform A/B testing and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
• Collaborate with product/monetization teams to optimize ad placement revenue and user acquisition.
• Establish data monitoring for metrics like ROI, LTV, CAC, CVR, CTR, CPI, CPM.
• Provide data-driven insights to inform product iteration and media strategy.
