Job summary

OKB Technology Company Limited is seeking a growth marketing leader for NEA in Hong Kong. You will own the product growth strategy, focusing on user acquisition, activation, trading activity, retention and revenue.

Develop a deep understanding of CeFi products and crypto trading, including Spot, Derivatives, Earn, Copy Trading, and other tools. Translate capabilities into measurable growth through data-driven GTM strategies and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience leading growth marketing in crypto/fintech environments.
• Ability to translate product capabilities into acquisition, activation, and monetization opportunities.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to define and track KPIs across the user funnel.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth marketing strategy for NEA with measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, BD, VIP, Affiliate and regional teams to drive user growth and monetization.
• Leverage data to identify bottlenecks, optimize campaigns, positioning, and conversion journeys.
• Develop and implement market-specific GTM strategies considering local regulatory requirements.
• Build scalable growth playbooks for NEA markets and iterate based on results.
