Job summary

BIT is seeking a Community Operations Specialist to join our growth team and build an engaging US-stock investing community across WeChat/WeCom, Discord, Telegram, and in-app channels.

You will start with day-to-day community operations and content execution on a high-frequency campaign calendar, with 5 monthly campaigns plus 2–3 flash campaigns. Progressively, shape strategy and own a community channel.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in community operations with independent run of groups (WeChat/Telegram/ forums).
• Strong bilingual communication and writing in English and Chinese.
• Campaign copywriting ability to turn plans into concrete actions.
• Proficient with AI tools for content drafting, topic planning, and feedback analysis.
• Data sense to read community metrics and campaign performance.
• Available and responsive around campaign launches and US market hours.

Responsibilities

• Daily community management: keep communities orderly and active, respond to user questions promptly.
• Translate and execute campaigns in the community across platforms (WeChat, Discord, Telegram) with teasers and updates.
• Plan and publish ongoing content and topics at a steady cadence (posts, discussions, explainers, prompts).
• Run Chinese and English communities in parallel, posting and announcing in English where needed.
• Turn recurring questions and feedback into actionable takeaways for the team.
• Identify active users and nurture them, building a reusable core-user pool.
• Track community size, activity, content engagement, and campaign participation; deliver reviews.
