WRISE Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Business Development Operation Executive. The role blends data analysis, sales optimization, and marketing coordination to empower our growing network of insurance consultants.

You will drive KPI analyses and develop BI reports to support management decisions. The ideal candidate will have a Higher Diploma or above, hands-on Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH), Cantonese proficiency, and familiarity with Canva/Adobe tools for marketing

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome; 1+ year in Sales Operations/Coordination or similar support.
• Experience in financial services/insurance is an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, data analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Cantonese is required; Mandarin and English are a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator for marketing collateral.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive KPI analysis to evaluate consultant/agent sales performance
• Develop business intelligence reports with actionable recommendations for management
• Assist in implementing company sales strategies to achieve growth targets
• Coordinate training programs to elevate sales capabilities across the consultant network
• Act as key liaison between management and field teams to align objectives
• Execute marketing campaigns and create promotional materials using design tools
• Manage organized digital/physical filing systems for all sales support materials
