Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in group medical insurance/employee benefits at a reputable brokerage or insurance company
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus

Responsibilities

• Group Insurance Management: Prepare, review and verify group insurance applications.
• Customer and Channel Support: Respond to inquiries about policy terms, portal and general inquiries via hotline and email.
• Business and Administrative Support: Compile business reports and coordinate logistics for proposals and channel records.
• Renewal Support: Assist with renewal services, CRM continuity, and documentation for renewals.
• Compliance and Reporting: Assist with compliance tasks and prepare claims reports.
• Collaboration and Relationship Building: Support frontline and operations teams to enhance sales operations.
