Job summary

Kokido Development Limited, a global leader in pool cleaning solutions, seeks a Packaging Designer with strong die‑cut development and packaging expertise. You will design product packaging, branding visuals, and marketing materials, collaborating with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency across international markets.

With a startup‑minded culture, you’ll support production partners and photo shoots while delivering creative concepts on tight schedules.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Illustration, Visual Communication, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in packaging design with hands‑on expertise in structural packaging design and die‑cut development.
Experience in graphic design with consumer products, lifestyle brands, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of packaging materials, paper specifications, printing process and print quality standards.
Experience coordinating with suppliers, printers and production teams throughout the design and manufacturing process.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other packaging die‑cut software.
Good eye for composition, typography and visual storytelling.
Team player with startup flexibility, entrepreneurial spirit and proactive mindset.
Creative, independent, proactive and good communication skills to work with different teams to achieve brand objectives.
Self‑motivated, able to work under tight schedule and pressure.
Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

Create structural packaging die‑cuts and determine appropriate packaging materials and paper specifications based on product requirements.
Possess hands‑on knowledge of packaging die‑cut development.
Create die‑cut layouts from scratch in addition to working with files from external suppliers.
Develop and design visual assets including product packaging, advertisement, leaflets and marketing materials.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate concepts into impactful visuals.
Ensure brand consistency across all outputs and work with printers for production accuracy.
Assist with photo shoots and image editing/retouching to enhance product visuals.
Support ad hoc creative projects with flexibility and fresh ideas.

We are seeking a professional with exceptional expertise in electronic appliances packaging design.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

Create structural packaging die‑cuts and determine appropriate packaging materials and paper specifications based on product requirements.
MUST possess solid hands‑on knowledge of packaging die‑cut development.
Beyond working with die‑cut files received from external suppliers, practical hands‑on experience creating die‑cut layouts from scratch is highly preferable.
Develop and design visual assets including product packaging, advertisement, leaflets and marketing materials.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate concepts into impactful visuals.
Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs.
Work closely with production team/printers to ensure quality and production accuracy of marketing materials.
Assist with photo shoots and perform image editing and retouching to enhance product visuals.
Support ad hoc creative projects as needed – we thrive on flexibility and fresh ideas.

Work closely with cross‑functional teams to brainstorm, develop and execute creative concepts and campaigns.
Adapt designs based on feedback while maintaining high‑quality standards.
