You will design brochures, digital assets, and campaigns, maintain brand consistency, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 2 years of relevant graphic design or marketing experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Create and design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, EDMs, and catalogs.
• Develop visual content for digital platforms including website and social media.

About The Role

We are seeking a creative and passionate Marketing & Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing compelling visual content and marketing materials that strengthen our brand presence and support business growth across various marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, EDMs, banners, product catalogues, presentation decks, and promotional materials.
• Develop engaging visual content for digital marketing platforms, including corporate website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels.
• Maintain and ensure consistency of corporate branding across all marketing communications and promotional materials.
• Assist in photography, image editing, video creation, and multimedia content production for marketing campaigns and company events.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and external vendors to deliver high-quality marketing and design projects within agreed timelines.
• Support exhibition, event, and product launch activities by preparing relevant promotional materials and visual assets.
• Stay updated on design trends and provide creative ideas to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Perform ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.

About You

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, or marketing communications.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience in video editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, CapCut) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with digital and SOCIAL media content creation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and a good team player.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Fresh graduates with strong design portfolios will also be considered.
