Headsearch21 Consultancy Ltd. is seeking a passionate Graphic & Packaging Designer to shape our brand identity and elevate product presentation from factory to retail shelves.

The role covers market research, packaging design, structural layout, and creation of graphic content across marketing materials, with close collaboration with manufacturing teams to ensure color accuracy and print quality.

Formación

• Diploma in Graphic Design.
• 3-5 years' experience in Graphic / Packaging Design.
• Die-cut artwork experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in Housewares / Kitchenware / Home Decor / Toy / Gifts.
• Good command in Chinese, English and Mandarin.

Responsabilidades

• Market Research: Stay updated on current global design trends, eco-friendly packaging materials, and competitor visual strategies.
• Packaging Design: Conceptualize, design, and develop innovative and functional packaging solutions (including gift boxes, color sleeves, blister cards, and hang tags).
• Structural Layout: Create die lines, construct mock-ups / samples, and test packaging functionality to ensure products are well-protected during transit and display.
• Graphic Content: Develop clear and aesthetically pleasing layout designs, including product photography placement, multi-lingual instruction manuals, feature icons, and regulatory typography (e.g., food-safe symbols, bar codes, and warnings).
• Graphic Design: Create marketing materials such as brochures, catalogues, banners, posters and advertisements.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve the company's brand identity across all product packaging, point-of-purchase (POP) displays, and promotional materials.
• Factory Collaboration: Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork files (tech packs) and collaborate closely with manufacturing teams and printing vendors to ensure color accuracy, print quality, and material specifications.

We are looking for a passionate and creative Graphic & Packaging Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our brand identity and elevating our product presentation from factory to retail shelves.

Job Duties

Diploma holder in Graphic Design

3-5 years' experience in Graphic / Packaging Design
