Clove is seeking a Graphic Designer to craft high-performing visuals for the Hong Kong market and beyond. You will design ad creatives for Meta and Google, develop organic content for Hong Kong audiences, and leverage generative AI tools to enhance design outcomes.

You'll also localize Japan HQ assets for HK and other markets, pitch diverse ideas, and test new approaches to improve CTR/CVR. English and Chinese proficiency is required; Japanese is a plus.

Qualificações

• 2+ years designing for social media and performance advertising in the Hong Kong market.
• Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator and able to handle design tasks independently.
• Flexible mindset, a wide range of ideas and strong communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Japanese is a plus).

Responsibilities

Design ad creatives for Meta, Google, and improve them based on CTR/CVR

Create organic social content for Hong Kong audiences

Pitch a wide range of creative ideas and test new approaches

Requirements

2+ years designing for social media and performance advertising, for the Hong Kong market

Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator, and able to handle design tasks independently

Flexible mindset, a wide range of ideas and strong communication skills

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.(Japanese is a plus)

Nice to Have

Experience designing for English-speaking or international markets

Landing page or UI design experience (Studio, Webflow, Figma)

Basic video or motion skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut)

Genuine interest in Japanese culture (anime, manga, gaming, TCG)
