The Employees Retraining Board (ERB) invites applications for Deputy Manager (Creative Design). You will devise creative directions and develop high-impact concepts for corporate communications, branding and marketing campaigns, and design corporate marketing deliverables and digital assets.
You will lead a design team, ensure adherence to brand guidelines, collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, and leverage AI tools to enhance ideation.
- To devise creative directions and develop high-impact thematic concepts for corporate communications projects, branding initiatives and marketing campaigns;
- to design corporate marketing deliverables and digital assets across an integrated mix of communication channels; to introduce and leverage contemporary AI tools in the creative process to enhance visual ideation and develop high-quality, engaging design deliverables across digital and visual channels;
- to ensure that all design outputs adhere to corporate brand guidelines and maintain visual design standards;
- to collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on branding and design execution; and
- to undertake other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Entry Requirements:
- A recognised university degree in graphic design, visual communication, multimedia or other relevant disciplines;
- with a minimum of 5 years’ post-degree work experience in an in-house creative team or agency; of which at least 2 years should be at supervisory level;
- proficiency in Mac and Adobe Creative Suite operations, and familiarity with AI-powered creative tools;
- a strong creative and design background and portfolio, with the initiative to stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies;
- proactive, dynamic, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- a team player with good supervisory, interpersonal, organisational and time management skills;
- background in photography, typography, branding or video production is a plus; and
- good command of English and Chinese.
