PrimeCredit Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking high-potential graduates for its 15-month Graduate Trainee (GT) Program designed to build market and business acumen and essential insurance skills. GTs rotate across departments, gain hands-on exposure and prepare for expert roles within PrimeCredit's Insurance function.

You will participate in projects, support managers, and contribute to business initiatives while developing analytical, problem-solving and teamwork capabilities in a dynamic environment.

Qualificações

• University final year degree undergraduate in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Exchange / placement / internship experience in Banking & Finance industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese / English word processing.
• Excellent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
• Open-minded, willing to embrace changes and accept challenges.
• Good team player with positive attitude and logical thinking.

The Graduate Trainee (GT) Program is a 15-month program, aiming to get GTs well-equipped with market and business acumen and necessary skills, before becoming expert in specific function of Insurance at PrimeCredit.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between different internal departments and engage with other insurance companies to build up the knowledge of various functions and operations, which can equip GTs to have a better understanding of Company's business, end-to-end service chain and develop solid foundation for long-term success
• Assist to plan and roll out new business initiatives under supervisor's coaching / supervision
• Participate in projects to gain practical experience and develop problem-solving skills
• Provide support to managers in various business projects
• Identify business and operation improvement opportunities, and proactively feedback and contribute to the growth and development of the business.

Requirements

University final year degree undergraduate in Business Administration or related disciplines
