Job summary

Bowtie Life Insurance Company is launching a Marketing Graduate Trainee Programme in Hong Kong. The 24‑month rotation offers hands‑on experience across core digital marketing and product commercialization functions, including Product, Campaign Management, Performance Marketing, Organic Growth, YouTube Strategy & Production, and Customer Proposition.

The program culminates in a Senior Officer role within Marketing.

Qualifications

• Recent university graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, brand management, and customer engagement.
• Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving capability and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages such as Cantonese are a plus).
• Team player; adaptable, collaborative, and eager to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Right to work in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across core digital marketing and product commercialization functions.
• Participate in strategic projects and process enhancement.
• Rotate through six rotations: Product Specialist, Campaign Management, Performance Marketing, Organic Growth, YouTube Strategy & Production, Customer/ Product Proposition.
• End of program, continue your career as a Senior Officer within Marketing.

What We Look For – Graduate Marketing Trainee Profile

• Recent university graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, brand management, and customer engagement.
• Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving capability and attention to detail.

Preferred, But Not Essential

• Previous internship or project experience in marketing, communications, or branding.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, or social media advertising.
• Past involvement in student organisations, event management, or digital content creation
• Familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud)
