Job summary

OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited invites high-potential graduates to join its Graduate Talent Programme 2027 in Hong Kong. The 24-month structured programme provides exposure across front and back office, with mentorship and hands-on involvement in business innovation and strategic initiatives.

Successful candidates will rotate through Emerging Business, Global Markets, Wholesale Banking Group and Technology divisions, building broad banking knowledge and a strong regional network.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
• Less than 2 years of working experience.
• Highly motivated with strong analytical skills.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 24-month accelerated programme with front-to-back banking exposure.
• Engage in business innovation projects and strategic initiatives.
• Receive guidance from a career coach/mentor throughout rotations.
• Build a regional network with graduates and OCBC Group businesses.

Requirements

• Undergraduate / Postgraduate with satisfactory results in any discipline
• Less than 2 years of working experience
• Highly motivated and analytical
• Demonstrated leadership with a penchant for problem-solving and embracing new challenges
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Open‑mind and able to work with colleagues from diverse cultures
• Keen interest in the latest development of global economy, including the Greater‑Bay‑Area (GBA)
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua would be an advantage
• Individuals holding IANG visa are welcomed
