Job summary

The programme provides front-to-back banking exposure, a career coach, leadership development, and regional networking opportunities within the OCBC Group. English and Chinese proficiency is required, Putonghua is a plus, and IANG visa holders are welcome.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
• Less than 2 years of working experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua would be an advantage.
• Individuals holding IANG visa are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Join a 24-month accelerated career programme with planned job rotations across divisions.
