Job summary

HSBC’s Relationship Management - Commercial Banking Graduate programme in Hong Kong offers two rotations across products, training from experts, and customer-facing placements to understand clients and the market. You’ll build deep client relationships while learning to propose solutions and navigate across Legal, Credit, and other teams.

Starting July 2027, this full-time role is ideal for recent graduates with strong English skills and a willingness to learn, with Mandarin/Cantonese a plus.

Qualifications

• Be available to work full time from July 2027 onwards.
• Have obtained, or expect to achieve, a minimum GPA as stated.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin/Cantonese would be an advantage.
• Recent graduate with less than 2 years of full-time work experience or graduating by July 2027.

Responsibilities

• Get early exposure to clients and start building connections.
• Act as the link between HSBC and its clients to deliver solutions.
• Collaborate with specialist teams across the bank to grow relationships.
• Create client presentations, reports and credit papers; assist with reviews.
