Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in Central, Hong Kong is offering a Graduate Programme in Transaction Banking - Issuer Services. You will work across teams to support business development and provide client services during a two-year rotation, starting July 2027.

We look for curious, collaborative graduates who communicate clearly, take initiative and maintain integrity. Fluent English is required, Mandarin/Cantonese a plus. Full-time availability from July 2027 and HK working eligibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Be available to work full time from July 2027 onwards.
• Have obtained, or expect to achieve, a minimum GPA as stated in eligibility.
• Be a recent graduate with less than 2 years’ full-time work experience, or due to graduate by July 2027.
• Be fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage.
• Be legally permitted to work in Hong Kong for the full duration without HSBC visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Issuer Services and internal teams on business development and client services.
• Interact with external stakeholders including Investment Banks, Corporates, Sponsors, Issuers, Lenders, Law Firms and intermediaries.
• Present to clients and turn data into insights.
• Learn about compliance and regulations across countries.
• Attend meetings and events to build relationships.
